A coronavirus hotline for West Virginia residents has been fielding thousands of calls from general questions about prevention tips to more specific ones about test availability and workplace safety guidelines. The West Virginia Poison Center operates the state Department of Health and Human Services’ coronavirus hotline (1-800-887-4304). The call center is on WVU’s Charleston Division campus, and the center is a service of WVU.
