Some local business owners want to show their appreciation to nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic. Today only, organizers will be paying for and pumping nurses’ gas from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at Exxon One Stop in Kanawha City for the first 200 nurses that arrive. Affiliated Financial Group and Dr. Kalou with Mountaineer Family Medicine will be paying for and pumping the gas during this time. And for the first 100 nurses tonight from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. gas will be free at Exxon One Stop in South Charleston. Garlow Insurance will pump and pay for the gas during that time frame.
