A group of organizers in Charleston are helping service workers who’ve been impacted by COVID-19 in the Kanawha Valley. Better Together CWV is a charitable organization designed to support service workers who are unemployed or have had hours reduced because of the pandemic. Better Together CWV has partnered with over twenty businesses to help raise money. Some places are asking for cash donations while others are donating a percentage of proceeds from things like gift cards or meals.
