Man pleads guilty to defrauding FEMA

A Charleston man is pleading guilty to defrauding the federal government out of 2016 disaster relief funds. Forty-six-year-old Randall Butler admitted to applying for FEMA relief funds, even though he knew he wasn’t eligible because he’d received rent payments from another agency. Butler faces up to thirty-years in prison.
