A man is under arrest after a shooting in Cabell County. Milton police responded to shots fired at an apartment on Smith Street. A person inside put down a loaded gun and walked outside, then Nathan McCaffrey picked up the gun and shot the man in the stomach. The victim is expected to recover. McCaffrey is charged with malicious wounding.
