Three St. Albans police officers tested positive for COVID-19. One of the officers will return to duty next week, and the other two will be off for another week. The three who tested positive did have symptoms, but they weren’t hospitalized. Chief Joe Crawford says the department has protocols in place, and the public is not at risk.
