A Kanawha County judge is throwing out a lawsuit challenging the state’s color-coded map system as unconstitutional. The case claimed that COVID-19 restrictions were unevenly applied to public schools. The parent who filed the case has two children in private school, and the state Board of Education challenged his standing and the judge agreed.
