WV’s color-coded map turns green

More tweaking on West Virginia’s color coded COVID-19 map show almost all counties in the green. The map is being update with whichever statistic is better; daily positive test, or percent positive. The map was reflecting only daily cases, and was based on a Harvard Global Health Institute map. That map shows just four counties in the green. No counties are in the red, and Kanawha, Wayne, Boone and Fayette counties remain in the orange.
