Cabell County issues stay at home advisory

Cabell-Huntington Health Department is issuing a stay-at-home advisory after a spike in COVID-19 cases. There are over four-hundred active cases in the county. The health department says it doesn’t have the power to enforce anything. As part of the advisory, high-risk people should stay home, and their family members restrict contact, work from home when possible, avoid in-person transactions, make only necessary travel and restrict gathering sizes.
