With COVID-19 cases rising, the City of Charleston is canceling this year’s Christmas parade. Mayor Amy Goodwin says last year’s parade was the largest in the city’s history. She was looking forward to bringing that excitement back this year, but says with the surge in COVID-19 cases, it was the best move to cancel the parade.
