The question of where Governor Justice lives is going back to the Kanawha County Circuit Court. The West Virginia Supreme Court says the lower court did not exceed its powers when it denied the governor’s motion to have the case dismissed. Delegate Isaac Sponaugle filed the two-year-old case, claiming that the state constitution requires the governor to live in Charleston. Justice lives in Lewisburg.
