WV Board of Education will consider in-person instruction options

The state Board of Education will take up in-person instruction options at a special meeting Tuesday morning. Governor Justice signed a new executive order allowing full-time in-person learning to resume at all elementary and middle schools. Justice says all school employees fifty and older who wanted the COVID-19 vaccine have received their second dose.

16th Season of Live on the Levee
The summer tradition is back for its 16th season!!! Live on the Levee returns every Friday night now through August 30th. This FREE family friendly event features musical performance with the opening acts taking the stage at 6:30pm and the headliners starting at 7:30pm. Various food truck will set up starting at 5:00pm and sell tasty treats during the evening. Also there will be weekly 50/50 drawings to help support local charities. This week taking the stage starting at 6:30pm Krista Hughes Band and at 7:30pm Hybrid Soul Project.
