Charleston police are stepping up efforts to track down a long-time fugitive they’ve been searching for for several years. 31-year old Donnell Strong has outstanding warrants for being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm and wanton endangerment. The charges stem from a deadly May 2016 shooting at at Boondocks Bar on the city’s West Side that left one person dead and several injured.
