A landmark trial against the “big three” pharmaceutical distributors is underway at the Byrd Federal Courthouse in Charleston. The City of Hunting and Cabell County Commission are suing the drug wholesalers for fueling the opioid crisis in West Virginia, and shipping nearly one-hundred-million pills to Cabell County over ten years.
