State officials will hold a public signup event for medical cannabis patients in Charleston. The West Virginia Office of Medical Cannabis is hosting the event on Monday at the Kanawha-Charleston Health Department. Patients must have already seen a doctor and bring with you a physician certification form; driver’s license, state ID, or passport; and proof of West Virginia residency, like a utility bill or voter registration card.
