The Kanawha-Charleston Health Department will hold a county wide vaccination event call, “Arms Across Kanawha,” today from 9-to-3. The event will be held across eight sites in the county and off free flu shots and COVID shots. Flu season is from December to March, and the CDC says almost three-hundred patients nationwide were admitted to the hospital this week with the flu.
