The Capitol Market is now accepting SNAP stretch benefits. The benefits increase the value redeemed from an EBT card. Anyone with the card can receive tokens in one-dollar and five-dollar values, and spend them in the outdoor market on eligible fruits and vegetables. The EBT value is doubled for a customer that is alone and tripled if the customer is accompanied by a child.
