One person is dead and another is missing after a motorcycle crash early Tuesday morning. It happened around 2 a.m. on the WV Turnpike South in the Chelyan area. State police said two riders were involved and 31-year old Chelsea Atha of Columbus, Ohio was found dead at the scene. Troopers found the driver’s license of the motorcycle operator and identified him as 35-year old Larry R. Blaine Jr. of Alderson. He ran from the scene, but officers eventually found him at a GoMart in Chelyan. State police are investigating.
