All U.S. and West Virginia flags at the Capitol Complex and all state-owned facilities in Wood County were displayed at half-staff on Tuesday in honor of a former state delegate. The flags honored the life and service of former West Virginia Delegate Robert Goldenberg.
Goldenberg practiced law in West Virginia for 69 years. At the time of his death, he was the oldest practicing lawyer in the state.
