A fugitive of justice from Georgia was arrested recently in Milton. Kenneth Cart was arrested on several charges from Georgia and also from Putnam County, and was taken into custody after a traffic stop near a Sheetz store on Jan. 15. Cart was a passenger when he got out and attempted to go into the store. The police report said an officer ordered Cart to go back to the car but he ran into a field across from Harbor Way. Cart was subdued after a struggle with officers. A Facebook post said 15 grams of crystal meth was found in his coat. He will likely be extradicted to Georgia to face charges there.
