Governor Justice says he has no plans to call members of the House of Delegates and state Senate into special session. He says legislators can call themselves back in, and he’ll sit on the sidelines and watch. More than sixty members of the House signed a petition earlier this calling for a special session for oversight into the state’s response to COVID-19 and the allocation of more than a billion-dollars in CARES Act funding.
