Interstate 64 ramp is closed for a tree trimming project

Transportation officials report a tree trimming project will temporarily close the Greenbrier Street offramp of Interstate 64 in Charleston. Exit No. 99 is closed from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays, according to a news release from the West Virginia Department of Transportation. Northbound traffic wishing to access Greenbrier Street may use the Kanawha Boulevard exit (No. 97). The tree trimming project is expected to take about two weeks to complete, according to WVDOT.
