The owners of Charleston Town Center Mall are trying to stall the demolition of the former Sears building. Quarrier Street LLC wants to tear down the building and build a hotel. A Kanawha County judge will allow the demolition to go ahead, and issued a stern warning to the Hull Property Group, who owns the mall, not to block any progress on the project.
