A man is facing multiple charges for trespassing at a Beech Fork State Park marina, and then swimming away and eluding officer for several hours, and then threatening to kill them. Brandon Gilliam was trying to break into boats at the dock and swam under the police boat and tried to disable it. Officers eventually pushed Gilliam into shallow water and arrested him.
