A man arrested in a deadly shooting in August of last year is being charged with the murder of 22-year-old Dominique Poindexter. The two men were drinking and smoking marijuana when they started playing with a gun. They both thought it was unloaded when 24-year-old Marcus Linville pointed the gun at Poindexter and pulled the trigger. Linville is charged with involuntary manslaughter.
