Marshall University is revising its plan to build a new baseball stadium. Originally the stadium was slated to be built on 5th Avenue, but instead will be built next to Dot Hicks Field at 2nd Avenue and 22nd Street. The new site will be developed at a lower cost, with an accelerated time line. The new stadium should be ready for the 2024 season.
