A Mingo County woman has been arrested in connection with a homicide investigation. Brittany Garlock of Delbarton was arrested in Charleston by the U.S. Marshals CUFFED Task Force.The Mingo County Sheriff’s Office said on its Facebook page that Garlock was arrested on warrants for first-degree murder and accessory after the fact in connection with the murder investigation of Teresa Harmon. Garlock is currently being held at Southwestern Regional Jail.
