Monongalia County could qualify as hot spot

Monongalia County’s current rate of positive COVID-19 case qualifies it as one the country’s hot spots. The county has confirmed more than six-hundred cases of the virus, and four-hundred cases are active. The Harvard Global Health Institute says 25 cases over a seven day period poses a risk to public health, and stay-at-home orders are necessary. Monongalia County has averaged around thirty cases for the last two weeks.
