More changes in color-coded school re-entry plan

Governor Justice continues to tweak his color-coded COVID-19 reopening plan. Counties with a population under sixteen-thousand will be asses on a fourteen-day rolling average, and counties with higher populations will be assessed on a seven-day rolling average. The change will eliminate a bias for counties with smaller populations.

The governor is calling for a more stringent face mask policy. Kids will be required to wear face masks on buses, and in areas where social distancing cannot be maintained.
