A Lucasville woman is facing child endangerment charges. Thirty-nine-year-old Mary Carver is accused of breaking out a window at a house on Greenbrier Road. She was bleeding and police found her standing down the street with two naked children covered in blood, and a baby lying in a ditch unconscious. The baby is still in the hospital. The other two kids are okay.
