New Leader is Named at Schools For The Deaf And Blind

Scott Cochran has been selected as superintendent of the West Virginia Schools for the Deaf and the Blind. The state Board of Education chose Cochran at a recent meeting in Charleston. The school in Romney serves more than 100 children. Cochran spent six years as superintendent of schools in Webster County. He previously served as a teacher, coach, special education director, assistant principal and principal.
