Mingo County health officials are monitoring their local coronavirus situation. There were nine new COVID-19 cases reported over the weekend, including a 3-year-old boy, a 7-year-old girl and 15-year-old boy. There are 59 active cases in Mingo County and 165 have recovered. The county has had five COVID-19-related deaths.
