North Carolina fugitive is arrested in Charleston

U.S. marshals said a fugitive wanted in North Carolina in a fatal drive-by shooting was arrested in Charleston. Tevin D. Seymore of Statesville, N.C., was taken into custody at 1300 Renaissance Circle last Saturday evening on charges including first-degree murder, attempted murder, and possession of firearm by felon. Seymore was wanted in a drive-by shooting that happened last Wednesday in Statesville, N.C. and 19-year old Zion Wilde of Statesville was killed. Seymore was arraigned by a Kanawha County Magistrate and will be extradicted back to North Carolina.
