A pastor and his wife are pleading guilty to receiving thousands of dollars’ worth of pandemic unemployment benefits while they were employed. Fifty -one-year-old Robert Notgrass was a pastor at a church in Washington, West Virginia. He and his wife received almost 27-thousand-dollars in CARES Act funding. They face up to a year in prison.
