The Kanawha-Charleston Health Department is considering ways to regulate vaping. A 30-day public comment period started in December on a proposal to eliminate electronic smoking devices in public places. The health board has received three comments supporting the regulation and four comments against the regulation, and several others expressing an opinion about vaping. The public comment period is open until January 16th when the board will vote on the regulation.
