Sentencing is delayed for a Jackson County man who tried to stage his own death to avoid sentencing. Jesse Wood is charged with failure to register as a sex offender. He parked his car near the Ravenswood Bridge and sent an email to a friend about where his belonging could be found. The judge ordered a sixty-day evaluation. Wood will return to court February 17th.
