Sheetz is selling gas for a dollar-99 a gallon over the Thanksgiving holiday, but you won’t find it in West Virginia, because it’s not legal. West Virginia law prohibits selling fuel below cost. Some stores in the state will drop their price to 2-83-per-gallon. The promotion runs through Monday.
