The suspect in a homicide case in Pomeroy, OH is also a person of interest in a murder case in Mason County. Wayne Leib has been identified as a person of interest in connection with a deadly shooting Friday in the 500 block of Front Street in Mason. Police are continuing that investigation while the Pomeroy Police Department also arrested Leib in connection with another death on Friday where a man was shot and killed in the 100 block of Spring Avenue. That shooting happened about three hours after the first. Police are continuing to investigate both cases.
