A St. Albans woman is under arrest for assaulting a deputy. Police were called to a home in Nitro for a domestic disturbance when Carolyn Ann McConaha kicked an officer when she was being taken into custody. She continued to be combative and refused to be fingerprinted. McConaha is charged with battery of a police officer and several other charges.
