A federal judge sentenced George Tanios to the time he’s already served in jail for carrying a chemical irritant that was used to spray officers at the U.S. Capitol on January 6th. The judge also ordered one-hundred hours of community service in West Virginia, and he has to surrender around 50-thousand-dollars that is left in a GoFundMe account. Tanios still faces a separate multi-million-dollar civil suit filed by the partner of Officer Brian Sicknick, who died the day after the attack.
