Two Arrests Made After Suspects Lead Police on a Chase

A shooting investigation that led Charleston police on a vehicle pursuit has resulted in two arrests. Charles Michael and Faith Osborne, both of Charleston were arrested. Michael faces several charges including reckless indifference, fleeing, and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, plus being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm. Charleston police said Osborne faces a possession charge. Police responded to a report of shots fired in the 500 block of South Ruffer Road about 9 a.m. Sunday. Osborne was a passenger on the motorcycle that Michael was driving.
