The only abortion clinic in West Virginia is no longer performing abortion. The U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling, striking down Roe v. Wade allows states to ban abortion. West Virginia has an abortion ban law on the books that makes providing abortion a felony carrying three to ten years of prison time.
