State lawmakers are moving on a bill that would ban abortions at fifteen-weeks. The West Virginia bill is similar to a Mississippi law that is under review by the U.S. Supreme Court. The bill was approved in the House Health and Human Resources Committee, and now goes to the House Judiciary Committee before consideration by the full House of the state Senate.
