The West Virginia University Board of Governors approved an over one-billion-dollar budget for the coming fiscal year that will include an increase in tuition and housing rates. Tuition will go up about 120-dollars-per-semester for residents and over 300-dollars-per-semester for out-of-state students. Housing rates will go up by about three-percent.
