WVU Students Will Have to Pay to Park in a Former Free Lot

West Virginia University Parking Management announced that students will have to pay to park at the Colesium during the day. The lot was previously known as the only free parking option for students on campus but beginning on Aug. 17 students will have to pay one dollar to park there. Anyone who parks on campus will have to use the ParkMobile app, which charges a 25-cent fee for each transaction. Parking fees will be used to pay for a portion of the recent paving of the lot, plus new lighting.
Classes for the fall semesterbegin on Aug. 17 at WVU.
