High School Students Raise Money for Baseball Field

Two Huntington High School students are raising $75,000 to put a turf on the field where they used to play little league baseball. Eyewitness News reported the effort is part of their Honors Program’s Community Project at school. Jerry Straub Field has issues with puddles after a rain among other things, and it’s a challenge to make it playable. Andy Legg and Bryson Parker have raised $10,000 of their $75,000 goal. so far.
