Kanawha County School District parents are questioning the districts drug testing policy after a bus driver was arrested for DUI. Six kids suffered minor injuries when the bus crashed on Thursday morning. Police believe Susan Lipscomb was under the influence of an anti-depressant. Kanawha County Schools says employees are drug tested before being hired, and then tested randomly, and after any accident.
