A Martinsburg mother admits to killing one of her children and trying to kill her other daughter. Forty-six-year-old Julie Ann Orellana pleaded guilty to murder and attempted murder. The charges are in connection to the fatal 2018 shooting of her eight-year-old daughter and wounding her 11-year-old daughter. Orellana says she intended to kill both children, and then take her own life.
