The U.S. Department of Agriculture will invest nearly 19-million-dollars into high-speed broadband coverage in five West Virginia counties. The Harrison Rural Electrification Association will construct a fiber network connecting more than six-thousand homes, four-hundred farms, and five educational facilities.
