An escaped inmate has been captured. Roger Lee Yeager escaped from a work-release at Charleston Correctional Center Saturday evening and he was arrested Sunday morning just before 7:30. Yeager was caught by Charleston Police at the Greyhound Bus Terminal. He’s serving a 5-10 year sentence for breaking and entering, and shoplifting. Additional charges could come after the escape.
